Jingjing Yang, Ph.D., completed her Ph.D. in Statistics from Rice University (2014). Dr. Yang completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship with advisor Goncalo Abecasis in the Center for Statistics Genetics at Biostatistics Department, University of Michigan (2017). Dr. Yang’s primary research focus is developing statistical, computational, and machine learning methods for analyzing genomics data and other omics data of complex traits and diseases. Her main interest is to develop tools for analyzing genetics data and understand the underlying genetic biology of complex traits and diseases by quantitative analysis. Her articles have been published in a number of leading journals including American Journal of Human Genetics, Biometrics, and Bayesian Analysis.
