Our Center's focus is on quantitative tools for mapping genes involved in human traits. Our work involves two synergistic components; a methodological component focused on developing statistical/computational tools for improve gene mapping and an applied component focused on mapping genes involved in diseases such as epilepsy and psychiatric disorders among others.
